This application facilitates quick access to basic information related to service request numbers, mirroring the capabilities found in the Service Request Search feature of the CRM. Such accessibility proves beneficial for users who are traveling or lack immediate access to a laptop or desktop.

It is worth noting that the app is exclusively available for Android devices running version 5.0 or higher. Users will authenticate using their existing CRM User ID and Password. This application is intended solely for use by Voltas CRM users and is not designed for customer interactions.
